How the courses work
How does it all work?
One full year of self-paced access. Content includes short videos, text lessons, downloadable worksheets, and optional activities. Each unit ends with a quiz; courses end with a final multiple-choice exam.
Can I really fit this into my hectic schedule?
Yes. Entirely online and self-paced — each unit takes less than 15 minutes. Many students complete lessons during commutes or breaks.
Do the videos have captions?
Yes. All videos offer optional English captions.
I'm not currently a PM. Will this still be relevant?
Yes — if you have experience on a software team as a developer, project manager, designer, or marketer. A basic understanding of software product development is recommended.
I'm from outside the United States. Can I enrol?
Absolutely. We have students in 40+ countries including Australia, China, Czech Republic, UAE, Germany, and Nigeria.
Certificates & LinkedIn
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. Certificates are generated automatically on successful completion of the final exam.
Can I add my certificate to LinkedIn?
Yes. Go to LinkedIn → Licenses and Certifications → plus sign → enter the course name, set "Product Institute" as the issuing organisation, add your completion date, and save.
Billing, Refunds & Invoices
Can I expense this?
Absolutely. We provide invoices and any documentation your employer requires.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes. Invoices can be generated during checkout via a short form.
What is your refund policy?
Full refund if you have completed less than 30% of the course within 30 days of sign-up. No refunds after 30% completion or after 30 days. Email info@productinstitute.com.
Team Licences
How do team licences work?
Companies purchase licences for employees. For 20+ licences, seat reassignment is allowed once per licence (up to 10% of enrolment) if an employee leaves. Enterprise companies can access unlimited enrolment. Email info@productinstitute.com.
Does Product Institute offer a pilot programme?
Yes. Companies typically start with one or two employees to evaluate the content, then scale to the full team. Get in touch at info@productinstitute.com.
